As a certified run coach, I work virtually with clients worldwide, offering run a holistic approach of coaching and strength programming.. Combining my passion for running with my background in nutrition and strength, I help my clients train injury-free and achieve their goals.
I aim to empower motivated individuals to take control of their training from all levels and fitness targeting distances from 5k up to the marathon, through injury prevention, strength, mobility, and personalized programming. I take pride in providing one-on-one, individualized care because no athlete is the same.

HOW TO GET STARTED​​

STEP 1: PHONE CALL & VIDEO CALL
Schedule a one hour an exploratory call to get to know each other better and discuss what you're looking for.

STEP 2: COLLECT DATA & TRAINING PLAN
I’ll share questionnaire form and collect more information from you, set you up on Training Peaks, and start working on your personalized training plan.

STEP 3: START BETTER & STRONGER
Will get you ready for first 1 weeks of workouts.. you'll receive all the information via Training Peaks.

WHAT'S INCLUDED​​
- 24/7 texting access + weekly check-ins.
- Unlimited plan adjustments as needed.
- Strength training and Injury prevention program ( Comprehensive Run Program )
- An hour in-person session once a month. ( optional )
- Detailed workouts and tailored plans via TrainingPeaks.
- Guidance on fueling, nutrition, pacing, heart rate, form and mental strategy coaching ( Comprehensive Run Program )
- 10% of your total payment will be directed towards supporting one of the organizations here
